I chose you to be our agent because of your honest but firm nature. You’ve been very understanding and sympathetic when dealing with our emotions, but firm when I became impatient and argumentative. We have never used another agent since meeting Debbie back in 2006. Debbie gives honest and realistic advice which is second to none. She has helped us over the years even if just for her advice with our property portfolio. Their fully managed service is excellent (especially for first time landlords) they deal with absolutely everything start to finish and even help you to take over the management when you feel comfortable. What can I say. We've been with Suttons Estate Agents for two years, but we sadly had to move out. Suttons sold our house within a day of it being on the market. Communication from them was second to none, even when they could not take a call immediately they always called back when available to and contacted us periodically to keep us updated. 10/10 would recommend, they made the whole process as stress free as possible. I didn't end up moving to where I was viewing but would recommend Suttons simply based on the excellent service from Ryan Curry who handled the viewing (and the team setting up the viewing in the first place). Ryan was knowledgeable, proactive and answered all the questions I had (and checked when he didn't know). He made the viewing a pleasant experience, particularly in the middle of a global pandemic!

I had a really good experience with Sutton's Estates agent based in Coventry for the purchase of my very first home. Debbie was the estate agent who was dealing with the property I was interested in and ending up buying, with the help of my father. She was highly professional and such a lovely lady to talk and liaise with. I cannot thank her enough for all her help in assisting me with this sale. I couldn't be happier with my new home and I honestly owe Debbie so much for speaking to the vendor on my behalf when I nearly lost this house due to delays in the original completion date due to covid-19 and routine searches etc. Debbie was a great communicator with me and my father throughout this sale and kept us updated . The staff are always really lovely and helpful, especially Melissa, made renting a property through them really easy.

In my experience, most of those in the property sector are generally useless, merely hype merchants and basically greedy. There is little genuine professionalism, and actual care. The one exception I have found is Suttons Estate Agents. I have known this highly professional firm for the past 6-7 years, and, put simply, I applaud them. They are professional, efficient, kind and reasonable throughout. I now rent my Coventry home from them, for the past 2 years. They are diligent and provided me with clear documentation at the start of my long-term tenancy. I’ve dealt with many agents in Coventry over the years and Suttons are by far THE BEST!! They not only offer free and honest advice but they’re friendly and professional too! I’ve used Suttons to both sell some of my investment properties and also for multiple lets. Since I contacted them back in 2011, I won’t use anyone else.
